AI in hospitality - fundamentals and practical course
The AI practical workshop for greater efficiency in day-to-day hotel operations
Answering guest enquiries, creating offers or preparing handovers: in day-to-day hotel operations, recurring tasks take up valuable time. In this practice-oriented AI workshop, you will develop concrete solutions for your business. You will work on your own tasks and create reusable AI building blocks that you can use directly in your day-to-day work.
You will also learn how to instruct AI so that the results suit the positioning, language and guests of your establishment. You will test your solutions, check their quality and make the time savings visible. At the same time, you will find out how to protect sensitive information and define clear rules for the responsible use of AI.
So that you benefit from a high course quality, an optimal learning effect and individual support with your business-specific tasks, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12 people.
