Tech Forum - Hospitality Summit

Daily Hotel Operation made easy by TECH! 

The Tech Forum at the Hospitality Summit stands for the exchange of knowledge, transfer of know-how and the discovery of new possibilities around hotel technology, distribution and dealing with OTAs. The format is the further development of the established Swiss Innovation Day, which was previously held successfully eight times by the SHS Academy. The new Tech Forum is the result of close collaboration between HotellerieSuisse and the SHS Academy.

The Hospitality Summit brings together numerous hoteliers, decision-makers, investors and industry experts every year. The Tech Forum offers Hospitality-Tech companies an ideal stage to make innovations visible, present new solutions and position themselves in the Swiss hotel & tourism market.

Startups, investors and executives from the hospitality industry are given the opportunity to exchange ideas with tech providers, experts and specialists, get to know new solutions and discuss current tech trends, developments and opportunities of digitalisation in hospitality.

Programme

The Tech Forum takes place on the second day of the Hospitality Summit and offers various opportunities for exchange, inspiration and networking. The day begins with the “Meet the Techies” session in the Tech Zone, where visitors can get to know the tech providers at the all-in-one stands, ask questions and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

In the morning, 10-minute Fireside Chats on the Tech Forum stage will now follow. In a personal conversation with moderator Gianluca Marongiu, the focus is on current topics, innovative solutions and concrete insights from practice. In the afternoon, a panel discussion on the Expert Stage on current technology topics in hospitality rounds off the Tech Forum.

In the 10-minute 1:1 Fireside Chat with moderator Gianluca Marongiu, you talk about current developments, innovative solutions or exciting insights from your area of expertise.
