European Centre for Revenue Management Education

The European Centre for Revenue Management Education (ECRME) was founded in 2011 to specifically advance the professionalisation and standardisation in the field of Revenue Management. As a leading European institution, ECRME offers certified training and further education as well as internationally recognised qualifications in Revenue Management.
The SHS Academy works closely with ECRME and is the exclusive "Train the Trainer" partner for Switzerland. All Revenue Management programmes of the SHS Academy are ECRME-certified and thus meet the highest European quality standards. Additionally, the SHS Academy is represented on the Advisory Board and actively contributes to the further development of training standards.
Hotel Management School Lucerne

The Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne (SHL) and SHS Academy AG have a long-term partnership in the field of education. Both partners are interested in increasing the number of well-qualified employees in the hotel industry in the area of digital transformation. The Hotel & Gastro Union is the largest employee association in the industry and unites five professional associations under its umbrella. It actively advocates for professional networking, training and further education, and social security. Its primary goal is to promote the status of hospitality professions.
