GENERAL NOTE
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) may have security gaps. A seamless protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of data in accordance with the following description. This website can generally be visited without registration. In this process, data such as the pages accessed or the names of the retrieved files, date, and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without these data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address, or email address, is collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Without your consent, there will be no transfer of data to third parties.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person whose personal data is processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, acquisition, deletion, storage, alteration, destruction, and use of personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Furthermore, we process – to the extent and as long as the EU GDPR is applicable – personal data based on the following legal grounds in connection with Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
- lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
- lit. b) Processing of personal data to fulfill a contract with the data subject as well as to carry out corresponding pre-contractual measures.
- lit. c) Processing of personal data to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country where the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable.
- lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
- lit. f) Processing of personal data to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and rights as well as the interests of the data subject do not outweigh them. Legitimate interests are particularly our economic interest in being able to provide our website, information security, enforcement of our own legal claims, and compliance with Swiss law. We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-lasting retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict the processing accordingly.
COOKIE POLICY
This website uses cookies. These are small text files that allow specific, user-related information to be stored on the user's device while they use the website. Cookies enable us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages, analyze user behavior on the site, and make our offerings more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved again on a subsequent visit to the site. If you do not wish this, you should configure your Internet browser to refuse cookies.
A general objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can be declared for a variety of services, especially in the case of tracking, via the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. Furthermore, the storage of cookies can be achieved by disabling them in the settings of the browser. Please note that in this case, not all functions of this online offering may be fully usable.
SSL/TLS ENCRYPTION POLICY
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
SERVER LOG FILES POLICY
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. This includes:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data is not assignable to specific persons. A consolidation of this data with other data sources is not carried out. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may use Google Maps for embedding maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA for protection against bots and spam, and YouTube for embedding videos. These services of the American Google LLC may use cookies and consequently, data may be transmitted to Google in the USA, whereby we assume that no personal tracking occurs solely through the use of our website. Google is committed to ensuring an adequate level of data protection according to the American-European and American-Swiss Privacy Shield.
Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
CONTACT FORM POLICY
If you send us inquiries via contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
NEWSLETTER DATA POLICY
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on this website, we need your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data will be collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.
COMMENT FUNCTION POLICY ON THIS WEBSITE
For the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, details about the time of creation of the comment, your email address, and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen will be stored. Storage of the IP address
Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who write comments. Since we do not check comments on our site before they are released, we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda. Subscribing to comments
As a user of the site, you can subscribe to comments after registering. You will receive a confirmation email to check whether you are the owner of the provided email address. You can unsubscribe from this function at any time via a link in the info emails.
RIGHT TO INFORMATION, DELETION, BLOCKING POLICY
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address provided in the imprint.
OBJECTION TO ADVERTISING EMAILS POLICY
The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby contradicted. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam emails.
PAID SERVICES POLICY
To provide paid services, we request additional data, such as payment details, to be able to execute your order or contract. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.
USE OF GOOGLE MAPS POLICY
This website uses the Google Maps API to visually represent geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about the use of the map features by visitors. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the privacy center. Detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
GOOGLE ADWORDS POLICY
This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you arrive at our website via an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie will be set on your computer by Google AdWords. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow them to identify users personally. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of the required cookie – for example, by browser settings that generally disable the automatic setting of cookies or by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com". Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish to record measurement data. If you delete all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.
USE OF GOOGLE REMARKETING POLICY
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function serves to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which allows the visitor to be recognized when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, advertisements can be presented to the visitor that relate to content that the visitor previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. According to its own statements, Google does not collect any personal data in this process. If you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by making the appropriate settings under http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
USE OF GOOGLE RECAPTCHA POLICY
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The query serves the purpose of distinguishing whether the input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing. The query includes the transmission of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other data from Google. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. For data transmissions to the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the "Privacy Shield". Google participates in the "Privacy Shield" and has submitted to its provisions. By using the query, you consent to the processing of your data. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. More information about Google reCAPTCHA and the corresponding privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
GOOGLE ANALYTICS POLICY
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files that allow specific, user-related information to be stored on the user's device. These enable an analysis of the use of our website offerings by Google. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our pages (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). If anonymization is active, Google shortens IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google complies with the data protection regulations of the "Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the "Privacy Shield" program of the US Department of Commerce and uses the collected information to evaluate the use of our websites, compile reports for us in this regard, and provide other related services. You can find out more at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
GOOGLE ADSENSE POLICY
This website uses Google AdSense, a service for embedding advertisements from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). Through these web beacons, information such as visitor traffic on these pages can be evaluated. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. This information may be passed on by Google to Google partners. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you. You can prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.
GOOGLE TAG MANAGER POLICY
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface and thus integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering. We process our customers' data in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU GDPR in the context of the ordering processes in our online shop to enable them to select and order the chosen products and services, as well as their payment and delivery or execution. The processed data includes master data (inventory data), communication data, contract data, payment data, and the persons affected by the processing include our customers, interested parties, and other business partners. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b (execution of ordering processes) and c (legally required archiving) GDPR. The information marked as necessary is required for the justification and fulfillment of the contract. We only disclose the data to third parties within the framework of delivery, payment, or within the framework of legal permissions and obligations. The data is only processed in third countries if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. at the customer's request in the case of delivery or payment). Users can optionally create a user account in which they can view their orders. During registration, the required mandatory information is communicated to the users. User accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines, e.g. Google. If users have canceled their user account, their data regarding the user account will be deleted, provided that their retention is necessary for commercial or tax reasons according to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Information in the customer account remains until it is deleted, followed by archiving in the event of a legal obligation. It is the users' responsibility to secure their data before the end of the contract upon cancellation. In the context of registration and renewed logins as well as the use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the users' interest in protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. A transfer of this data to third parties generally does not take place unless it is necessary for the enforcement of our claims or there is a legal obligation according to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. The deletion takes place after the expiration of statutory warranty and comparable obligations, and the necessity of data retention is checked at irregular intervals. In the case of statutory archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiration.

The affected parties include our customers, interested parties, as well as their customers, users, website visitors, or employees, as well as third parties. The purpose of processing is to provide contractual services, billing, and our customer service. We process data that is necessary for the justification and fulfillment of the contractual services and point out the necessity of providing it. Disclosure to external parties only occurs if it is necessary within the framework of an order. When processing the data entrusted to us in the context of an order, we act according to the instructions of the clients as well as the legal requirements of a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR and process the data for no other purposes than those specified in the order. CONTRACTUAL SERVICES POLICY
We process the data of our contractual partners and interested parties as well as other clients, customers, or partners (collectively referred to as "contractual partners") in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU GDPR according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, in order to provide them with our contractual or pre-contractual services. The processed data includes the master data of our contractual partners (e.g. names and addresses), contact data (e.g. email addresses and phone numbers), as well as contract data (e.g. services used, contract contents, contractual communication, names of contact persons) and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history). We generally do not process special categories of personal data unless these are components of a commissioned or contractually compliant processing. Disclosure to external persons or companies only occurs if it is necessary within the framework of a contract. When processing the data entrusted to us in the context of an order, we act according to the instructions of the clients as well as the legal requirements. In the context of using our online services, we may store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. A transfer of this data to third parties generally does not take place unless it is necessary for the enforcement of our claims according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR or there is a legal obligation according to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Furthermore, the statutory retention obligations apply.
ADMINISTRATION, ACCOUNTING, OFFICE ORGANISATION, CONTACT MANAGEMENT POLICY
We process data in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Federal Government (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU GDPR in the context of administrative tasks as well as the organization of our operations, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In this context, we process the same data that we process in the context of providing our contractual services. The processing bases are Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The affected parties are customers, interested parties, business partners, and website visitors. The purpose and our interest in processing lie in administration, accounting, office organization, data archiving, i.e. tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks, and provide our services. The deletion of data regarding contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information mentioned in these processing activities. We disclose or transmit data to the tax authorities, consultants, such as tax advisors or auditors, as well as other fee offices and payment service providers. Furthermore, we store information about suppliers, organizers, and other business partners based on our economic interests for later contact. These predominantly business-related data are generally stored permanently.
NOTE REGARDING DATA TRANSMISSIONS TO THE USA (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)
For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that there are monitoring measures by US authorities for users based in Switzerland, which generally allow the storage of all personal data from Switzerland that has been transmitted to the USA. This occurs without differentiation, limitation, or exception based on the pursued objectives and without an objective criterion that would allow restricting the access of US authorities to the data and justifying the subsequent use of the data associated with access to these data. Furthermore, we would like to point out that there are no legal remedies for affected persons from Switzerland that would allow access to the data concerning them and to obtain correction or deletion, nor is there effective judicial protection against general access rights of US authorities. We explicitly inform the affected parties about this legal and factual situation to make an informed decision regarding consent to the use of their data.
Users residing in a member state of the EU are informed that the USA does not have an adequate level of data protection from the perspective of the European Union.
